Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We ship the Founding Collection across the United Kingdom. UK standard delivery is via Royal Mail, typically 3 to 4 working days. A premium express service is available at checkout for those who would like their piece sooner.
Colere always carries any import duties or import fees on materials brought in for the makers and the work, so our makers and our customers do not.
Made-to-order pieces are crafted by hand for you, with timings shared at the point of order.
RETURN
We accept returns on unworn Founding Collection pieces within 14 days of receipt. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, as each is crafted specifically for you. Please contact us before returning any item, so we can guide you through the process.
Our Garden Gate is open.
